Nutraferon FLIMAT-P Tablet is a fixed-dose combination analgesic pairing Flupirtine Maleate (100 mg), a centrally acting Selective Neuronal Potassium Channel Opener (SNEPCO), with Paracetamol (325 mg), a centrally acting antipyretic analgesic. Formulated for short-term management of acute musculoskeletal pain, muscle spasms, tension headaches, and post-traumatic/post-surgical pain when other analgesics (such as NSAIDs) are contraindicated or unsuitable, it provides multimodal pain relief and skeletal muscle tone normalization without opioid receptor activity.
