Nutraferon F-NEM 300 mg Extended-Release (ER) Tablet delivers a sustained-release 300 mg formulation of Faropenem Sodium, a broad-spectrum oral penem-class beta-lactam antibiotic. While the 200 mg strength is an immediate-release three-times-daily tablet, the 300 mg strength is engineered with a controlled-release matrix for convenient twice-daily (every 12 hours) dosing, maintaining time-above-MIC () against ESBL-producing Enterobacterales, Gram-positive aerobes, and anaerobes without requiring intravenous therapy.
