The capsule contains enteric-coated Pantoprazole pellets (which pass intact through the stomach to dissolve in the alkaline small intestine) alongside sustained-release Domperidone pellets that release Domperidone gradually over the day, eliminating the need for three-times-daily immediate-release Domperidone tablets.

Domperidone can prolong the cardiac QTc interval (risk of ventricular arrhythmias) and is strictly contraindicated in patients with congenital long QT syndrome, moderate-to-severe hepatic impairment, prolactinoma, GI haemorrhage/obstruction/perforation, or concurrent use of potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, erythromycin, ritonavir, diltiazem, verapamil).
